How To
How can I clean your product?
Each fabric has its own unique cleaning method; please refer to product sewn-in care instructions.
How are panel height measured?
Our panels are measured from the top of the rod pocket to the very bottom. Some panels have a "header" which is above the rod pocket and creates extra visual height.
How do I measure panels or tiers and where should the hardware go?
Top rod brackets can be placed directly on the window frame or approximately 2 inches outside the frame and 4 inches above the top of the window.
For curtain width: Measure the distance between the rod brackets, multiply this by 1.5 to 3 in order to achieve desired fullness. The more sheer the fabric is, the greater the multiplying number can be.
For curtain length: Measure from the top of the rod to (A) the window sill, (B) apron or (C) floor. Allow from 1/2 to 1 inch for floor or window sill clearance. Popular curtain lengths hung from this rod are 63", 72", 84". By placing rod higher above window and even near the ceiling, panels lengths from 96in to 120in can be used.
For a two-tier treatment, another curtain rod is placed in an optically pleasing location between window panes. As before, measure from the second rod to the (A) sill, (B) apron or (C) floor. Curtain lengths usually hung from this rod are 24", 36", 63" or 72"
